I've never been into the word diet, to me, diet means "I'm starving". Starving does not sound appealing to me. I like eating and cooking too much to ever be on a traditional "diet". That's why I like paleo. It's a lifestyle, not a diet. I eat real food. REAL FOOD.
What do I eat?
All Animal proteins (it must have parents!)
Nuts and Seeds
Quality Fats and Oils
Dairy (high quality cheese and yogurt)
What don't I eat?
Legumes (including peanuts!)
I am not a nutritionist or a food scientist of any kind, you should not consider me an expert in that field. But what I lack in expertise, I make up for with superior Googling skills.
