Foodie Friday: Chocolate Almond Dip

This isn't rocket science, nor is it any great invention, but it tastes good, so I am sharing.   Sometimes I feel like I am trying to reinvent the wheel, and get discouraged when I see others come up with a great baked good (see here).  But then I remember that I have a limited budget and limited time to experiment, plus, I don't want to be eating all these treats and when they are in my house, believe me, I will eat them!  That's why I made this dip, it's super easy and reminds me of Nutella, which I love.  Depending on what type of almond butter you use (I used the Whole Foods fresh ground), your consistency my vary.  I used it as a fruit dip, but you could also spread it on celery, a fresh baked paleo muffin, or just eat it by the spoonful!
Happy Friday by the way, hopefully you have some plans to eat great food this weekend!
